Create module for set category wise Minimum Order Amount

We have created custom module for set Minimum Order Amount base on Category. Means Minimum Order Amount for any order is 50 set from admin but exclude some of category products and for this excluded category product user can check out with any amount. And yes everything is fully dynamic without changing any core file. :)
