This project has 2 (two) parts.
1: Adding a menu option (or pushbutton) that looks for all documents in a folder (including subfolders) that have a specific property (aspect or type) value. The filtered list must be downloaded to a local folder selected by the user.
2: When the user adds a document into a folder (by drag-drop or upload), the system will present a pop-up asking for specific document properties to be filled up before incorporating it to alfresco.
(Alfresco has the automatic property adding when incorporating a document to a folder but this is not enough as, in our case, the user must decide the value of the property).
Alfresco installation to be configured is internal to the company. It will be necessary to work by Teamviewer session and minimal documentation is required (alfresco components touched, etc.) in order to be autonomous for re-applying the script after a re-installation or version change.
